Are you ready to become a top earner in the great industry of network marketing? Well here are some things that ALL top earners in our industry do:
Leaders always come to and attend events.
They focus on thinking and talking about possibility not their circumstances.
They have a daily plan of action.
They overcome objections by offering solutions to the prospects “challenges.”
They never stop prospecting.
The greatest leaders truly focus on serving others.
Some of the best relationship and business contacts can come from attending local and regional events with your company. Listen to the leaders in Yoli and ask questions. You build the most rapport simply by asking them questions and then listening to their answers.
Top earners in MLM and Yoli choose to focus on the possibilities on how to grow their team more effectively rather than the circumstances of a team member quitting and/or not have success with the products. Focus on what you can control and not that which you can control because what you can’t control simply does not matter!
There are lots of great possibilities and options on how to grow your business and your customer base utilizing the amazing product line we promote so keep your mind focused on that and celebrating the success of all the others who are having success with the products and business.
Leaders of our industry have a daily plan of action. They have goals set out on how many parties they and their team are going to do. They have defined how many people they want to talk to today. MLM leaders will also make sure their team members are being accountable to the goals they set for themselves. If not, they will simply move on to other team members and are focused on those that are “all in” and are insatiably coachable.
Be ready to handle objections. Example Objection: “I don’t have time, I work 80 hours a week.” An answer to this objection could sound something like this: Oh wow, that’s crazy Bob! How long do you have to do that for? This is a perfect reason why you really need to do SOMETHING because things aren’t going to change for you until you decide to make a change for yourself. This could be your solution like it was for me!
Never stop prospecting as this is the lifeblood of your Yoli business. How do you prospect? Simple, ASK questions.

- How long have your worked there/here?
- Did you grow up around here (are you from here?)

Focus on serving others. This takes the pressure off of you and focuses on how you can truly serve and bless others lives.
Zig Ziglar says it best, “if you will simply focus on helping enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.”
Leaders are great at serving others. Focus on your team and how you can help them achieve their goals. Focus on your prospective customers and how you can best serve them so they are happy. When you focus on others, it’s just a matter of time until your own goals come to fruition.
